Mr TK.Subramaniyan, having 52 years of rich experience in Iron and Steel products is the founder of Shree SivaBalaaji Steels Pvt. Ltd, Now shortly known as 3S groups. They are the pioneer in M.S.Sheet & plates. They supply raw materials to industries as “Cut to length” and “Ready to manufacture” products.
They have very strong customers background in lengths and breaths of Tamilnadu. By having Rich experience in steel industries, they started roofings products in the year of 2009 with the extensive support of JSW Steel Ltd.
They are exclusive dealer of JSW colouron Plus roofing sheets and JSW Cement. They fulfill all the customers’ needs by selling structural products such as Roof ventilators, Screws, Louvers, and Polycarbonate Sheets.

3S steel buildings assume full responsibility for building design, manufacturing, erection, and finishing. It is constantly utilising innovative building design, manufacturing, and erection techniques that promise stability, speed, and safety. 3S Steel Buildings ensures that its employees are up to date on the most recent professional techniques. Building Accessories include roofing sheets, Cold Formed C, Z sigma Purlins, decking sheets, anchor bolts, sag rods, cleats, turbo vent, roof vent, polycarbonate daylight panels, and roof insulation materials.
3S Steel Buildings is the only company in Southern India to use SIGMA PURLIN to provide COLUMN SPACING of up to 15m, allowing flexibility for machinery layout and increasing the utility of the building through logistic movement. For designing, detailing, job tracking, and logistics management, fully integrated software such as STAAD-PRO, MBS, TEKLA, and MS PROJECT are used. 3S Steel Buildings comprises of more than 250 highly talented professionals and technicians working on various projects around in India.
