ANCHOR BOLT

An anchor bolt is a type of fastener that is used to secure objects to concrete or masonry structures. It is typically made up of a threaded rod or stud that is embedded into a hole that has been drilled into the concrete or masonry, and a nut and washer that are tightened onto the exposed end of the rod or stud.

The anchor bolt provides a strong and permanent connection between the object and the structure, and is commonly used in construction, engineering, and industrial applications. Anchor bolts are available in various sizes, materials, and configurations, to meet the requirements of different applications. Some common types of anchor bolts include wedge anchor bolts, sleeve anchor bolts, and expansion anchor bolts.

PURLIN 

Purlin cleats are metal brackets used to connect roof purlins to the main building frame. Purlins are horizontal structural members that run perpendicular to the roof slope and support the roof covering material, such as metal roofing panels.

SAG ROD

SAG ROD used to prevent sagging of an open-web steel joist used as a purlin with its depth at right angles to a roof incline.

A tension component used to limit girt or purlin deflection in the direction of its weak axis or to limit sag in angle bracing.

FLANGE BRACE

A flange brace is a type of support used in construction to provide stability to structures such as steel beams, columns, and other load-bearing elements. It is a brace that is designed to connect two flanges, which are the flat surfaces on either side of an I-beam or H-beam.

 

Flange braces are typically made of steel and are bolted or welded to the flanges of the beam. They are used to prevent the beam from buckling or twisting under load, which could cause it to fail. By connecting the two flanges, the brace provides additional support and prevents the beam from bending or twisting.

SANDWICH PANELS

Sandwich panels are composite materials consisting of two thin face sheets (usually made of metal, plastic, or composite material) and a lightweight core in between. The core material is usually made of foam, honeycomb, or corrugated metal. Sandwich panels are widely used in the construction industry as building facades, roofing, cladding, partitions, and structural components.
